What is TagLink and how does it work?
Attach a TagLink tag or sticker to your item and activate it using your email address. If the item is found, the finder scans the QR code and sends you a secure message so you can arrange its return.
Does the finder need an app or account?
No. The finder simply scans the QR code using their phone camera. There is no app to download and no account to create.
Are my personal contact details displayed?
No. Your personal details always remain private. The finder contacts you through a secure TagLink message.
Is there a subscription?
No. TagLink has no monthly or annual subscription. Once activated, your TagLink is ready to use.
How do I activate my TagLink?
Use the activation code supplied with your pack. Visit the activation page, then enter the code exactly as shown, including the dashes and uppercase letters.
What happens when someone scans my TagLink?
The finder is taken to a secure page where they can send you a message about the item. You receive an email notification and can then arrange the return directly with them.
