EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
When someone finds your TagLink item and sends you a message, we notify you by email.
All TagLink emails are sent from:
support@taglink.co.uk
We recommend making TagLink a priority sender on your phone so important messages are easier to spot and can appear more prominently in your notifications.

on iPhone or iPad
Make TagLink a VIP so our emails can have their own notification settings.

Add to VIP
VIP Alerts enabled
Open an email from support@taglink.co.uk.
Tap the sender name at the top of the email.
Choose Add to VIP.
Go to Settings → Apps → Mail → Notifications.
Make sure Mail notifications are allowed and check your VIP notification settings.

Create a TagLink label on Gmail.com, then turn on notifications for it in the Android app.

Label notifications on
On a computer, open Gmail.com.
Go to Settings → See all settings → Labels → Create new label.
Call the label TagLink and add emails from support@taglink.co.uk to it.
Open the Gmail app on Android. Go to Settings and choose your email account.
Select Manage labels → TagLink. Make sure it’s synchronised and turn on notifications for the label.

Set up a filter on Gmail.com to automatically apply the TagLink label.

Add TagLink to your Favorites and check your notification settings.

Favorite People alerts
Open an email from support@taglink.co.uk.
Open the TagLink sender profile.
Tap the star to add TagLink to Favorites.
Go to Settings → Notifications.
Check your notification preferences.
You can choose to receive notifications for Favorite People if that suits how you use Outlook.
For the best chance of seeing a TagLink message quickly:
Make sure emails from support@taglink.co.uk are not going to Junk or Spam.
Make sure notifications are enabled for your email app.
Check that lock-screen alerts, sound or vibration are enabled if you want them.
Remember that Silent Mode, Focus or Do Not Disturb can affect notifications.
If someone finds your TagLink item and sends you a message, we’ll email you at the address linked to your TagLink.
No app. No subscription. No personal contact details displayed on your TagLink.
