Sometimes the best ideas start small.
For Jia, the idea behind Positive Pals began with something simple: creating characters and messages that could make people smile.
At eight years old, Jia is the creative mind behind Jia Glows, her own little creative brand built around positivity, imagination and self-expression.
She started sketching ideas for her own TagLinks, but rather than simply choosing pictures she liked, each design began to take on its own personality.
That became Positive Pals.
A collection of feel-good TagLinks, each with its own character, message and little reminder to carry with you.

The first Positive Pals collection includes five designs:
Whale Done
A cheerful reminder to celebrate every win, keep going and be proud of how far you’ve come.
Slow & Steady Tortoise
A calm little Pal reminding you that you don’t have to rush. Keep going at your own pace.
Bee Bright
A positive little Pal encouraging you to be yourself, shine bright and bring your own kind of magic.
Bear Brave
A friendly reminder to stand tall, believe in yourself and find your courage when you need it.
Ladybug Luck
A lucky little Pal bringing encouragement, confidence and a reminder that you’ve got this.
Each one has its own Positive Pal Power too, from encouragement and patience to positivity, courage and confidence.

Positive Pals may look different from the rest of the TagLink range, but underneath they work in exactly the same way.
Each design is laser engraved onto a real metal TagLink.
If something is lost, the finder simply scans the QR code and sends a secure message to the owner.
No app is required.
No subscription is needed.
And personal contact details are never displayed to the finder.
It is the same Scan. Message. Return. experience, just with a little more personality on the outside.
From idea to real product
What makes this collection especially meaningful is that it has grown from Jia’s own ideas into something real.
She helped shape the characters, messages and overall direction for the range, and each Pal has its own reason for existing.
One of the designs has already made its first sale, even before the full collection officially launched.
For us, that made the whole idea feel even more special.
Positive Pals is not simply another TagLink range. It is a collaboration that brings together Jia’s creativity and TagLink’s purpose.
Something useful.
Something personal.
And hopefully something that makes people smile.
